Polar Bear Meds is committed to ensuring that your order arrives safely and on time. Our Shipping Insurance provides added protection and peace of mind for our valued customers. Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing or relying on this coverage.
Coverage :
Shipping Insurance covers the following incidents:
- Lost, undelivered, or damaged shipments
- Delivery delays exceeding 10 business days from the estimated delivery date
Exclusions :
Shipping Insurance does not cover claims arising from:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer at checkout
- Missing, expired, or invalid prescription details required for order fulfillment
- Refusal to accept delivery, including customs seizures in international shipments
Claims Process :
To initiate a Shipping Insurance claim, the customer must:
- Submit a claim within 15 calendar days of the expected delivery date
- Provide the order ID and valid tracking documentation

All valid claims will be reviewed and processed within 3 to 5 business days.
Resolution Options:
Upon claim approval, Polar Bear Meds will provide one of the following resolutions, at its sole discretion:

- A one-time complimentary reshipment of the original order
