Shipping Insurance – Terms & Conditions

Polar Bear Meds is committed to ensuring that your order arrives safely and on time. Our Shipping Insurance provides added protection and peace of mind for our valued customers. Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing or relying on this coverage.

Coverage :

Shipping Insurance covers the following incidents:

  • Lost, undelivered, or damaged shipments
  • Delivery delays exceeding 10 business days from the estimated delivery date

Exclusions :

Shipping Insurance does not cover claims arising from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer at checkout
  • Missing, expired, or invalid prescription details required for order fulfillment
  • Refusal to accept delivery, including customs seizures in international shipments

Claims Process :

To initiate a Shipping Insurance claim, the customer must:

  • Submit a claim within 15 calendar days of the expected delivery date
  • Provide the order ID and valid tracking documentation
  • Claims may be submitted via [Customer Support Contact Form/email/portal – insert link or method here]

All valid claims will be reviewed and processed within 3 to 5 business days.

Resolution Options:

Upon claim approval, Polar Bear Meds will provide one of the following resolutions, at its sole discretion:

  • A full refund of the purchase amount (excluding insurance fees and shipping, where applicable), or
  • A one-time complimentary reshipment of the original order

By purchasing Shipping Insurance, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms. Polar Bear Meds reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Certification

We offer competitive pricing on all our medications. We'll match if you find a lower price on an identical product at a verified Canadian online pharmacy!

Eligibility Criteria:
  • The competitor’s price must be active (no past/future sales).
  • It is only valid for Canadian online pharmacies with a verifiable address.
  • The product must match the strength, pack size, quantity, manufacturer & origin.
  • There are no price matches on used/expired medications.
  • You must submit your requests before placing an order.
  • We cannot adjust prices after purchase.
  • Request via live chat or phone before placing your order.

Note: We do not currently price match Ozempic® or Saxenda®, but this policy may change in the future.
